90 Day Guarantee

Within 90 days of the purchase date, Charmed Pearls will repair or replace items due to manufacturers’ defects. The guarantee does not cover items damaged by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care by the customer.

Exchanges may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the purchase date if the item is in original, salable condition, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Customer must have a copy of the receipt of purchase. If an item is no longer available, the customer may choose an item of equal or lesser value as replacement.  

After 90 days from the purchase date, Charmed Pearls is not responsible for lost gemstones, lost pearls, or misuse and improper care of items. Orders delivered with damaged or missing items must be reported to Charmed Pearls within 7 days of the shipping date. Customer must have copy of receipt of purchase.


Return and Cancellation Policy


Charmed Pearls offers Customers and Pearl Charmers a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee so long as the products remain in resalable condition (“Resalable Condition” as defined below). To return a product, you must email customer service (orders@charmedpearls.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number as described more fully within section 6.1.


For any cancellation and refund requests on product or the initial Starter Kit, such request must occur within seventy-two (72) hours from the date of purchase.  No cancellation or refunds are allowed beyond this seventy-two hour time period.


Products shall be deemed in “Resalable Condition” if each of the following elements is satisfied: (i) products are unopened and unused; (ii) products’ original packaging and labelling has not been altered or damaged; (iii) products are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; and (iv) the products contain current Charmed Pearls labelling. Any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as nonreturnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item, shall not be resalable.



Return Process


A. All returns, whether by a Customer or Pearl Charmer, must be made as follows:


  1. Obtain an RMA number from orders@charmedpearls.com;

  2. Ship items back in its original packaging to Charmed Pearls at the following address:

B. All returns must be shipped to Charmed Pearls pre-paid, as Charmed Pearls does not accept shipping collect packages. Charmed Pearls recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer or Pearl Charmer. If returned product is not received, it is the responsibility of the Customer or Pearl Charmer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.


C. The return of $250 or more of products accompanied by a request for a refund within twelve (12) months by a Pearl Charmer may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.
